Liability Release Terms

By requesting us to perform any modification work to parts or engines you are therefore agreeing to the following terms…

I understand that Two Stroke Performance will not be held responsible for ANY damage, loss, injury or death resulting from performance modifications added to my vehicle beyond stock/original factory configuration. Two Stroke Performance is a performance shop; therefore, the modifications added are decided upon by me, the owner, and I will take responsibility for any outcomes that may occur as a result. I understand that problems could arise from modifying my vehicle beyond stock.

I hereby authorize Two Stroke Performance to perform the modifications as advertised or discussed and assume all responsibilities of the outcomes. I understand that the modifications I have selected may effect or void manufacturer warranty and accept such possibilities and assume sole responsibility for making these decisions. Two Stroke Performance is not held accountable for any warranties that may be affected by modifications to your vehicle in any way.

I understand that payment is due in full upon release of the vehicle or goods. I understand there could be unforeseeable complications during the modifications that could result in additional charges on my invoice and final bill. I agree to repay Two Stroke Performance for all costs incurred in undertaking the modification and service work, including parts and labour.

I hereby grant Two Stroke Performance employees permission to operate the vehicle on streets, highways, tracks or other legal places for the purposes of testing and/or inspection.

I understand that Two Stroke Performance will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or parts left in our workshop in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control.

I hereby authorize a dynamometer test (if requested) and/or service work to be done along with the necessary materials, parts and labour. I hereby grant you and your employees permission to operate the vehicle described above, both on the road/track and on the dynamometer, and voluntarily release and forever discharge Two Stroke Performance and it’s employees from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, arising from, or by reason of, any bodily or personal injury, death or property damage resulting from, or as a result of the use of custom tuning products, performance modifications, dynamometer test equipment or road/track testing. This release also includes, but is not limited to, any claim against Two Stroke Performance  for first aid, medical treatment, or services rendered during participation in the above described testing of the vehicle either on the dynamometer or during road/track testing.

I agree to assume all responsibility and liability for any and all damage that occurs to my vehicle while utilizing the DynoTech chassis dynamometer at Two Stroke Performance and furthermore agree to release from any and all liability and hold harmless Two Stroke Performance from any said damage.
