I’ve ordered a TSP TPI Power kit, what do I do now?
After you have ordered one of our TSP TPI power kits online, you will need to organise your ECU to be sent to us. We would recommend a carrier like Australia Post that you can track. If you do not have access to a printer, you do not need to send it in with your order confirmation, just ensure that your name or the name against the order is on the parcel & ECU, that way we can match it up as soon as it comes in. We do not send out the Power kit parts until we have your ECU, and then we send it all back together in one parcel.

How long will it take for me to get my ECU & TSP Power kit items?
We generally only require your ECU for 1-3 working days max (excluding public holidays), and then it will be sent on express post the next following day. You will be send an email confirmation with your invoice and tracking number as soon as it is booked in. Please keep an eye out in your junk-mail as it sometimes can go into that folder.
Please note that an instruction sheet will come on the back of your invoice, and it is important that you follow the steps on the instructions to ensure your bike runs as intended.
How come I haven’t seen my order confirmation?
If you have processed an order outside business hours or on the weekend, you will receive a confirmation the next working day as we manually confirm the order. Your order is still safe and payments are not lost, it’s to confirm that we’ve physically read your order & notes, rather than it being automatic. Please keep an eye out in your junk-mail as it sometimes can go into that folder.
How quickly will I receive my parts?
The parts that are in stock are packaged up and sent out on our dedicated express post pickup. We have a pickup at 12PM on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. This way when customers order on a Thursday morning before 11AM, we have more possibility for the customer to receive it by the weekend.
Are all parts in stock?
We have upgraded the website to show a live stock count in our store, so if it is showing in stock we should have it on the shelf ready to go. In the event that the stock levels are showing incorrectly and we do not have the stock, we will contact you ASAP letting you know of a delay where you can either back-order the parts, or receive a full refund.
How do I order?
The best way to order is via our website. You can select the parts you want and enter your delivery and payment info securely and your parts will arrive as soon as possible. You can also submit an enquiry via email to email@example.com or via phone by calling +61 3 59259799. Email will have the quickest response time in responding to your request. Please note that the phone is often very busy and we have customer service staff available from 9:30am – 4pm Monday to Friday. If you call during these hours and we do not answer please leave a detailed message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
What parts do you sell for my bike?
Use the keyword search or the make/model/year search to find all TSP products that suit your model. We are able to source a lot of parts that aren’t listed on the website so if you don’t see what you need here then you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask about specific parts for your model. If we cannot offer the parts you require, we may be able to direct you in the right direction.
