LOW COMPRESSION: Roughly the same compression ratio as stock EXC or TE, much tighter squish clearance and better design than stock, suited to Extreme Enduro, resists overheating very well, pulls from very low rpm smoothly and predictably. Still gives a very noticeable change in performance over stock despite compression ratios being similar.
MEDIUM COMPRESSION (suits 90% of riders): Our standard design, higher compression ratio than stock but still works fine with 95 or 98 RON fuel. Gives a very noticeable increase in power throughout the rev range. Give much smoother power delivery at low/mid revs. Squish clearance is much tighter than stock. Fuel economy is greatly improved over stock. Recommended for most riders.
HIGH COMPRESSION: Requires 98 RON fuel or higher. Squish clearance is much tighter than stock. Gives maximum bottom/mid power but less overrev. More aggressive power delivery. Will overheat more easily in tight conditions. Suited to high altitude riding or MX. We do not recommend this design for normal trail riding or enduro racing near sea level. VERY HIGH COMPRESSION: This design is targeted at high elevation riders above 1500m or 4500ft. It will help to make up for the power losses due to thinner air at high elevation. We strongly suggest you do not use this design below 1500m. At these high elevations this head design should give similar results to our Medium or High Comp heads at lower elevations.

The unique Billet design has been 100% developed, machined and tested in-house at TSP.
These CNC heads will bolt onto your standard cylinder and are designed to work with standard base gaskets. If you are unsure of your current base gasket thickness we can advise the correct thickness to achieve the necessary cylinder height and squish clearance.
We can also advise baseline jetting specs to go with your new Billet head. The customer takes all responsibility for ensuring that jetting is appropriate for their riding style and conditions.
