You will receive one complete cylinder head (cap and insert) to suit a KTM125SX, Husky TC125 and GasGas MC125 from 2016-on. There will also be a coolant plug supplied in the head for ease of bleeding the cooling system which is not shown in the picture.
Our new TSP billet cylinder heads are machined from solid 6061 T6 stock and offer improved performance, reliability and fuel economy. They are the best bolt on mod you can buy for your bike! Each complete head includes a ‘Cap’ which offers improved strength over stock with a factory anodised appearance, plus a combustion chamber ‘Insert’ which is interchangeable in order to tailor the power delivery to your needs.
These billet machined 2 piece heads feature TSP’s proven combustion chamber designs and are a MUST HAVE mod for most current model offroad bikes. Our combustion chamber designs have been used by thousands of happy customers and have been extensively dyno tested… the gains are consistent and include: increased power throughout the rev range, improved fuel economy, greatly reduced risk of detonation, improved engine life, and much SMOOTHER power delivery. We also have a large number of riders reporting much cooler running temps under normal riding conditions.
The unique billet design has been 100% developed and tested in-house by TSP in Australia.
These billet heads will bolt onto your standard cylinder and are designed to work with standard base gaskets. If you are unsure of your current base gasket thickness we can advise the correct thickness to achieve the necessary cylinder height and squish clearance.

This head is available with the following combustion chamber option:
HIGH COMPRESSION: This combustion chamber design is higher compression than stock but is still suited to 98 RON fuel near sea level with appropriate jetting. It is designed to work with the stock base gasket thickness and gives a tighter squish clearance than stock. It gives a noticeable increase to bottom/mid power plus improved peak power, resulting in better pull out of corners and improved starts off the line. It makes for a more fun and more forgiving engine that’s faster from corner to corner. If used with no other engine mods there will be a slight reduction in overrev performance. This is fine trail riding and offroad racing but for MX or riders who want maximum overrev then you should consider fitting our Power Kit which also includes a TSP ignition and Scalvini pipe for maximum all round performance from bottom to top.
Dyno graph shows results on a 150… it can be used as an accurate guide for the results expected on a 125 assuming jetting and engine condition are good.
