KTM ‘Group’ 65 2024-on Billet Cylinder Head

This Billet Cap and CNC machined TSP head insert suits KTM ‘Group’ models 65 Models 2024-on. The TSP Head is designed to work with the stock base gasket design and gives a big boost to power throughout the rev range.

Specific models suitable are:

KTM SX65 2024-on

Husky TC65 2024-on

GasGas MC65 2024-on

You will receive one (1) cylinder head & Insert for your make/model, base-line jetting specifications to suit and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on!

Our key TSP Head features are:

• Improved throttle performance in the whole RPM range
• Smoother throttle response
• Improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top
• Reduced risk of detonation

You must upgrade to the new spark plug R7282-10 and spark plug cap when using our TSP head as we change the plug sizing.

This head works amazingly with our TSP ignition and exhaust pipe combination.

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
