KTM ‘Group’ 125 2023-on 12DEG TBI Complete Rebuild Kit – TSP

This suits the following models upgrading or currently using a 12 degree piston:

• 2023-on KTM 125SX/XC
• 2023-on Husqvarna 125TC/TX
• 2023-on GasGas 125MC/EX

It includes:

• 12 Degree style Meteor piston kit in the size of your choice (A or B). Piston kit includes rings, pin, circlips and a high quality cast piston. These pistons are made by Meteor in Italy and are THE BEST available. The new Meteor piston features a special coating on the crown to reduce temps of the incoming charge and reduce detonation. This is a cutting edge piston developed especially for KTM.
• Complete Athena or equivalent gasket & seal kit: Includes a selection of base gaskets, powervalve cover gaskets, copper washers, O rings, oil seals, crank seals, water pump seals etc
• Pro X con rod kit (includes little end bearing). Made in Japan.
• Left and Right main bearings. Usually NTN or KOYO. Made in Japan.

TSP rebuild kits are put together by TSP using parts sourced direct from OEM manufacturers in Japan and Europe. The parts we select are THE BEST available for each make/model and many are the exact same parts as the genuine items. All TSP rebuild kits are kept in stock at TSP.

This kit is designed to be used with the TSP or VHM 12 degree head design.
